Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Times & Rates

  • Delivery Timeframe: All orders are delivered within 5 to 8 business days across the country.

  • Order Processing: Our fulfillment team works hard to process all orders within 24 to 48 business hours to get your products to you quickly. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping transit time.

  • Tracking Your Package: Once your order has been processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can easily track your parcel in real time.

Important Information

  • Business Days: Deliveries and processing occur Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

  • Missed Deliveries: Our courier partners will attempt to deliver to your specified address. If you are not available, they will contact you to reschedule or arrange a convenient collection point.
